UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail. EU orders are shipped with Correos Spain. Use the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email to track your parcel with the relevant carrier.

When will I receive my dispatch email?
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
My tracking isn't updating — what should I do?
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If there's been no movement after 48 hours, please contact us.
I haven't received my order
Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. Royal Mail standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the UK.
